Ordering was painless. The website was simple to figure out, and I found the cabana I wanted without having to go on some dramatic treasure hunt through a million pages. The photos were clear too, which helped a lot.
The only thing that tested my entire patience as a human being was that a few pages loaded kind of slowly. Not actual disaster-level slow, but in the moment I was absolutely acting like I’d been waiting three business years. I also had to double check the colours a couple times because they weren’t super obvious right away.

Overall though, it was a good shopping experience. Checkout was straightforward, I got the order done without any real issues, and the confirmation emails came through quickly after. So despite my brief meltdown over loading times, everything worked out fine

I got the tracking email not long after ordering, and then the cabana turned up a few days later, which was faster than I expected. I did get a delay update at some point, so I was a bit confused about whether it was coming later or still on schedule, but in the end it all arrived smoothly. Giving it 4 stars just for that small bit of timeline confusion

Customer service did get back to me and sorted out my question in the end, so that was good. It just took loooonger than I expected, especially because I wanted a quick answer before placing my order. Not a terrible experience at all, just a bit slow. Could definitely be better...

The patterns look nice overall. Nothing too fancy, but they have a good look and I’m happy with how they turned out

I used it for the whole afternoon and was surprised by how cool and comfortable I stayed. The fabric felt light and breathable, and it didn’t get sticky or heavy even after a few hours. Really happy with how well it held up in the heat.

It works fine for what I need, so I can’t really complain too much. The only thing is the design feels kind of dated and dull, which weirdly makes it feel like it’s not as good, even though it actually does the job. I’d probably like it more if it just looked a bit more modern.

I couldn’t find the parts I needed anywhere else, so it was a relief to finally come across them here. Common sense says you go with the place that actually has what you’re looking for, and that’s exactly what I did.

In the end, it fit in the car boot easily, which was exactly what I needed. I was a bit unsure at first, but getting it in and out was straightforward and didn’t turn into a hassle at all.

We took our CoolCabana to the beach on a really hot day, it made a noticeable difference. The shade felt cooler and gave us a spot where we could actually hang out for hours without feeling like we were roasting. The kids were definitely happier having a break from the sun too. It’s not magic, but it did exactly what we needed and we’re pleased with it so far...

I tried using these in soft sand, but they kept slipping around the whole time?? I’m not really sure if I was doing something wrong or if they just aren’t made for that kind of surface, but it was frustrating.

I really loved this during the first summer, it made the space feel finished and gave us a nice little spot to gather. After two seasons, though, the fabric has started to fade and one of the poles feels a bit loose. It’s still usable, so I’m not ready to give up on it, but it’s a little disappointing because I was hoping it would hold up longer and be part of our summers for more years.

The stitching started coming loose quickly. Not great.

This worked great and kept us dry just like we hoped. I even hung onto the receipt email in case we needed to return it, but we ended up being really happy with it.

This umbrella gives us way more shade than our old one. The kids can sit under it comfortably, and it’s just really useful to have on sunny days. We’re really happy with it.

It did a good job keeping us covered, and the sun protection was definitely solid. I just felt a little misled because it seemed like setup would be quicker and simpler than it actually was. Once it was up, it worked well, but getting there took more time than I expected.

The shade is actually good, so I’ll give it that. Unfortunately, the pole bent way easier than I expected, which was a fun little surprise. Would’ve been great if the support was as reliable as the coverage.

I really like how portable this is. It fits in the car easily and, it’s not too heavy to carry down to the beach either. Setup took me, like, a couple tries to get the hang of it, but now it’s totally fine.

The tracking was updating, although I got a bit mixed up on whether it was coming that day or the next since the timing seemed to shift in my head. Either way, it showed up around when they said it would, and the box was in good shape. I just would’ve liked a little more notice on the actual delivery day, but it wasn’t a big deal
